My name is Ashley Derek Illman, and I am a crook.

In Decemeber 2025, along with my partner Mark Jason Sargaent, I liquited Wyre Gardens Ltd, owing hundreds of thousands of pounds to local suppliers as well as payments taken from clients for deposits and pre payments for undelivered items. Items that I had told my clients were sat in our warehouse so they didn’t get in the way on site, when really the money had been spent on other things.

Other things like the new extension on my house for example.

Following that even after putting my company into liquidation, I continued to take deposits for work knowing fine well I couldn’t deliver and shouldn’t be taking payments.

I’ve now formed Garstang Landscape Studios, creating a new business from old assets and carrying on as if nothing has happened. My little ginger bald head continues to swan around the area with no remorse for the THOUSANDS of pounds I took from people.

Nothing like, telling my staff a week before Christmas that they won’t be getting any money for example.

I’m still operating out of my existing premises on Green Lane in Garstang, but i’m looking for work everywhere that anyone will let me steal money from them.
